Best attorney for any PI case! I recommend over any other attorney! August of 2020 I was rear ended by a driver but there wasn’t any damage to either of our vehicles. Unfortunately, I have a history of prior neck injuries from a car accident a few years back and the jolt of the impact really messed up my neck to where I was out of work for three months. Because of the EXTREME complication of there not being any damage to the vehicles, the guy hitting me lying and saying he was stopped and someone pushed him into me (not the case, he hit me at about 20 mph), and my prior injuries being exasperated, no attorney would take my case due to the difficulty of proving I was reinjured. The other insurance company denied my claim and I was left feeling hopeless. After a fail with an attorney that was a friend who decided my case was too complicated for him to manage, I began the hunt praying and crossing my fingers I could find an attorney willing to take up a challenge and take on my fight. Through a series of referrals from other Law Firms, I was finally referred to the Lopez Law Firm and Steven A. Lopez was the attorney assigned to my case. Right from the start he set the expectation that it was a hard and complicated case to prove, but he likes a challenge and was willing to go to bat for me when no other attorney saw my case worthwhile. Just the relief I had knowing someone was fighting for my case was enough. When settlement day came, I was shocked when Steven told me the final amount I would be receiving for lost wages, medical expenses, etc. it was a third more than the minimum I had told him I wanted, knowing because of the insurance companies difficulty, I would probably not even get my minimum requested amount.
